Nomination Requirements: 

1. Nominations should be made by 4 pm on Friday, October 13, 2023. Award nominations submitted after the deadline will not be considered. 

2. Each member may nominate only one individual for each award category (ie, one chief engineer nominee not two).

3. Nominee must be a dues paying BOMA Greater Minneapolis member and meet the specifications for the category in which they are nominated.

NOTES:  

1. Winners will not be eligible to resubmit for a minimum of three years following their recognition.

2. Your nominee must submit their application to be eligible for the award.  

NOMINATION CATEGORIES:

Executive Professional of the Year: Dedicated to honoring excellence in property management and service to the commercial real estate industry, this award is open to Chief Executive and Operating Officers, Directors of Property Management/ Engineering, Operations Managers, and Vice Presidents active in BOMA Greater Minneapolis membership. This award is for someone in the industry 15 years or longer. 

Engineering Professional of the Year: Dedicated to honoring excellence in engineering management and service to the commercial real estate industry, this award is open to all Engineers, Operations Managers, and Engineering Managers charged with overseeing the systems and infrastructure of BOMA Greater Minneapolis member buildings. This award is for someone in the industry for less than 15 years. 

Senior Engineering Professional of the Year: Dedicated to honoring excellence in engineering management and service to the commercial real estate industry, this award is open to all Engineers, Operations Managers, and Engineering Managers charged with overseeing the systems and infrastructure of BOMA Greater Minneapolis member buildings. This award is for someone in the industry 15 years or longer.

Senior Property Management Professional of the Year: Dedicated to honoring excellence in property management and service to the commercial real estate industry, this award is open to Property Managers, Asset Managers, Senior Property Managers, and Facility Managers charged with managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of BOMA Greater Minneapolis member buildings. This award is for someone in the industry 15 years or longer.  

Property Management Professional of the Year: Dedicated to honoring excellence in property management and service to the commercial real estate industry, this award is open to Property Managers, Asset Managers, and Facility Managers charged with managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of BOMA Greater Minneapolis member buildings. This award is for someone in the industry for less than 15 years.

Emerging Leader of the Year: Limited to Regular Members (property management professionals) with less than 7 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, this award recognizes the next generation of commercial real estate leaders who are making a positive impact on BOMA Greater Minneapolis and the commercial real estate industry today.

Service Partner of the Year: This award honors exceptional and significant service by an individual employed by an Associate or Professional member company who has made significant contributions to BOMA Greater Minneapolis and its members.
