2027 Best of BOMA Nomination Form

This is your chance to recognize the talents of BOMA professionals.  Please review the nomination requirements and categories below.

NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Nominations should be made by 11 pm on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Award nominations submitted after the deadline will not be considered. 
  2. Each member may nominate only one individual for each award category.
  3. Nominee must be a dues-paying BOMA Greater Minneapolis member and meet the specifications for the category in which they are nominated.
  4. You cannot nominate yourself.

NOTES:  

  1. Winners will not be eligible to resubmit for a minimum of three years following their recognition for the category.
  2. Your nominee must submit their application to be eligible for the award.  Nominees may choose to not submit.  

*If you are unsure if your nominee belongs in a given category, enter them as best fits. They will be placed in a qualifying category.*

Executive Management Professional of the Year
This award is open to Chief Executive and Operating Officers, Directors of Property Management/ Engineering, Operations Managers, and Vice Presidents in the industry 15 years or longer.

Senior Property Management Profess. of the Year
This award is open to Property Managers, Asset Managers, Senior Property Managers, and Facility Managers in the industry 15 years or longer.

Property Management Professional of the Year
Property Management Professional of the Year: This award is open to Property Managers, Asset Managers, and Facility Managers in the industry for less than 15 years.

Senior Engineering Professional of the Year
This award is open to all Engineers, Operations Managers, and Engineering Managers in the industry 15 years or longer.

Engineering Professional of the Year
This award is open to all Engineers, Operations Managers, and Engineering Managers in the industry for less than 15 years.

Emerging Professional of the Year
Limited to property management professionals with less than 7 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Service Provider of the Year
This award is open to an individual employed by an Associate or Professional member company who has made significant contributions to BOMA Greater Minneapolis and its members.
