Matthew launched his career in 2001 at a 600,000 square foot Tier IV data center for American Express, managed under contract by Cushman & Wakefield. This mission-critical environment provided the foundational expertise in operations excellence that has defined his career, developing his capabilities in critical systems management, redundancy protocols, and high-availability operations.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Matthew is deeply committed to advancing the commercial real estate engineering profession. As Past President of the BOMA Greater Minneapolis Engineers Association, he continues to actively contribute to the organization through content creation and engineer internship support programs.
