About the Role:

The goal of this position is to activate the building by helping tenants utilize our various amenities including but not limited to The Collaborative, Sky Deck, atrium, etc. Responsible for building a strong sense of community at Capella Tower through tenant events, lobby events, face to face and online interactions with our tenants. In addition, helping the management team respond to various tenant needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain Conference Center/Golf Simulator/Lounge schedule, assist users with understanding of various options available and document feedback, monitor cleaning, AV equipment, furniture, etc.
  • Communicate room set-ups to building engineers/porters and ensure they are completed per the tenant’s instructions; monitor meetings for no-shows and cancelations and communicate accordingly.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for programming in common areas and amenity space. Help support the tenant relations program for the building.
  • Coordinate and present event ideas/calendars to the management team; create budget for tenant events and other programming in amenities areas; management’s goal is to have monthly tenant events or seminars.
  • Leverage knowledge and passion for event planning and community building to create memorable experiences for our tenants.
  • Work collaboratively with the Management team to ensure customer service excellence.
  • Maintain calendar of tenant lease anniversaries, life events and execute holiday gift programs.
  • Procure vendors, equipment, and giveaways for events/programs such as caterers, live entertainment, etc.
  • Assist with seasonal programming and décor as required.
  • Maintain accurate information on directories and other building publications.
  • Order supplies for amenities areas as approved by management.
  • Create advertisements for tenant events (22x28 signage and digital signage throughout the building) and other programming for various media platforms (electronic directory, email, print, or other signage.) Creating, editing, and designing print and digital marketing materials for building events and announcements, including flyers, e-mails, signage, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
  • Send update emails to tenants as well as monthly newsletters.
  • Work with our engineering, janitorial and security teams by helping tenants via the work order system.
  • Updating the building website and Host app with various information as it becomes available.
  • Support the day-to day operations of the building by submitting Approved Activity Reports etc.
  • Notary service if possible.
  • Other items requested by Management office.


What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Community Manager position is $31.25 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $33.65 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
