About Grace:
I have been involved in "Real Estate" and "Hospitality" programs here at Stout! I have worked in both residential and commercial settings, and I am looking forward to the next learning and career-building opportunity!
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
I’m currently attending the University of Wisconsin–Stout, where I’m double-majoring in Real Estate Property Management and Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, with plans to graduate in December 2025. My education has given me a strong foundation in real estate operations, property management, and hospitality leadership. I’ve gained hands-on experience through internships with North Rock Real Estate, Weidner Apartment Homes, and the Disney College Program. These roles have helped me build skills in leasing, asset management, event operations, and guest relations. On campus, I’ve also served as a Resident Advisor and now as a Hall Manager, gaining valuable leadership, communication, and team management experience. Outside the classroom, I’m involved with professional organizations, including IREM and HSMAI, and I’ve had the opportunity to attend both IREM and NAA conferences.
